Rock Layer Opal Blanks in Yellow
These blanks were inspired by the formations of opals. Color-shift elements were added to further add to the opal-esque idea.
There is a transparency to each blank, painting the tube is recommended. .
It is also recommended to turn slightly below the desired final dimensions of your piece and the CA the difference. This technique will allow for any backfilling of voids and any of the opals sticking out to be covered.

Productions Details for these blanks:
Resin was measured, mixed with dyes and additives then cast in a mold under pressure. Once cured the resin was processed then mixed into a second batch of resin. After a second curing time the rock layers were placed and a third round of resin was poured. Once cured the blanks were cut to size and are now ready for your creative skills.
